  • Product purchased on sale can only be exchanged in different size, depending on the availability.

Defective Products

  • The product will only be exchange if the product received has any defect. You can contact our customer service center by emailing us pictures of defected product at support@breakout.com.pk or calling us at 0311-1100439 within 15 days.

How to Return Items

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to Retail concept.
  • Returning items will be returned at customer’s cost.
  • Exchange within 7 days subject to stock availability and proof of purchase.
  • No refunds and no returns.
  • The claim of accessories is not acceptable.
  • Washed, used or damaged garments would not be exchanged.
  • Products purchased on sale can only be exchanged in different sizes, depending on the size available.
